1. What Did Larry Find in Brooke & Isaiah's Chat That Made Him Lose Control

😱 What Did Larry Find in Brooke & Isaiah's Chat That Made Him Lose Control?

The evening started like any other.

Larry walked into the living room expecting a quiet night, but instead found Brooke's phone buzzing nonstop on the coffee table. She had stepped outside to take a call, leaving the screen lit up with a new message notification.

Normally, Larry would never invade someone's privacy.

But one message caught his attention.

Isaiah: "Don't let Larry find out. We have to handle this before it's too late."

Larry froze.

His heart began pounding.

"What is Isaiah talking about?" he whispered.

Unable to ignore the message, Larry unlocked the phone. Brooke had once trusted him enough to tell him her passcode, and in that moment his curiosity got the better of him.

As he opened the conversation, dozens of recent messages appeared.

The first few seemed harmless.

Isaiah was asking if Brooke had reached home safely.

Brooke reminded him about an appointment the next day.

Nothing unusual.

But then Larry scrolled further.

One message immediately grabbed his attention.

Isaiah: "If Larry sees these documents, everything will fall apart."

Larry's breathing became heavier.

"What documents?"

Brooke replied:

"I'm keeping them hidden until we know the truth."

Larry felt anger rising inside him.

"What truth?"

Another message appeared.

"He deserves to know... but not yet."

Larry slammed the phone onto the table.

"What are they hiding from me?"

Just then Brooke walked back inside.

She immediately noticed Larry holding her phone.

"What are you doing?" she asked in shock.

Larry stood up.

"I think the better question is... what are YOU doing?"

Brooke's face turned pale.

"You read my messages?"

"I did."

"And I want answers."

She took a deep breath.

"Larry... it's not what you think."

"That's exactly what everyone says."

Larry held up the phone.

"'Don't let Larry find out.'"

"'Everything will fall apart.'"

"'Keep the documents hidden.'"

"How am I supposed to interpret that?"

Brooke tried to explain, but Larry interrupted her.

"Were you lying to me this whole time?"

Before she could answer, Isaiah unexpectedly knocked on the front door.

The timing couldn't have been worse.

Larry opened the door with a furious expression.

"We need to talk."

Isaiah immediately realized something was wrong.

"You saw the messages."

"I saw enough."

Larry stepped closer.

"Tell me what you've both been hiding."

Isaiah looked at Brooke.

She slowly nodded.

"I think it's time."

Isaiah reached into his backpack and pulled out a sealed envelope.

Larry stared at it.

"What is this?"

Isaiah handed it over.

"Open it."

Inside were financial records, property papers, and a letter from an attorney.

Larry looked confused.

"What am I looking at?"

Brooke spoke softly.

"Someone has been trying to steal your family business."

Larry blinked.

"What?"

Isaiah explained that months earlier he had noticed suspicious transactions involving one of the company's senior managers.

Instead of confronting the person immediately, he quietly worked with Brooke to collect evidence.

"We didn't tell you because we were afraid the real culprit would destroy the evidence if they knew we were investigating."

Larry wasn't convinced.

"Then why all the secret messages?"

Isaiah sighed.

"Because we believed someone was watching your phone and email."

"We couldn't risk discussing it openly."

Larry flipped through the documents.

Every page contained bank transfers, forged signatures, and fake invoices.

Then he reached the final page.

His hands began shaking.

The name listed as the primary suspect belonged to someone Larry had trusted for years—his longtime business partner.

"No..."

Larry whispered.

"This has to be a mistake."

"It isn't," Brooke replied quietly.

"The attorney confirmed everything this morning."

Larry collapsed into a chair.

He felt anger, betrayal, and guilt all at once.

He had assumed the worst about Brooke and Isaiah.

Instead, they had been working behind the scenes to protect him.

"I'm sorry," Larry said after a long silence.

"I thought..."

Brooke gently interrupted him.

"I know what you thought."

"But sometimes a conversation only tells part of the story."

The next morning, Larry met with investigators and handed over every document.

Within days, the fraudulent scheme was uncovered.

The corrupt business partner confessed after investigators matched the forged records to hidden accounts.

Larry's company was saved from financial ruin.

Later that evening, Larry gathered Brooke and Isaiah in the living room.

"I let one chat convince me that the people closest to me had betrayed me."

He looked at both of them with regret.

"The truth was completely different."

Brooke smiled
